Kennedy Park Revitalization
Homeownership helps families build stability while strengthening neighborhoods.
As part of the City of South Bend's broader Kennedy Park revitalization efforts, Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County is creating 14 new affordable homeownership opportunities on Sibley and Florence streets.
Working alongside the City's investment in Kennedy Park, these homes will help create new opportunities for families and support the neighborhood's continued growth.

New opportunities
Fourteen new homes will provide attainable homeownership opportunities for families ready to put down roots and invest in their future.
Designed with purpose
Developed in partnership with the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture and the City of South Bend, the homes are designed to fit naturally within the neighborhood and serve families for years to come.
Building for the future
Every new homeowner adds to the strength and stability of a neighborhood. Through the Kennedy Park Revitalization project, Habitat is helping create opportunities for families and supporting the long-term future of the community.
